Cannot remove item in cart or change quantity

Hi I add an item to my cart, then in the cart I cannot change the cart. I cannot change the quantity and I cannot remove items.
this is, what I've already tried: - re-insall wordpress - re-install woocommerce - disable all plug ins - change the theme to store front - used storefront with all plug ins disabled. - cleaning cache of my browser - deleted cart site and recreated them with woocommerce tool ro recreate default pages - cleared template cache - cleared customer session - clear WooCommerce transients cache - checked that shortcode of cart page is [woocommerce_cart] - incognito mode —> not working - different browser, not working - mobile not working, also with different browsersthis is the system report:
