Cannot Remove Guest User

    I am the administrator of my site frannybolsa.com. I recently added a guest user to my site and now need to remove that user. When I try to delete the guest user, I get a 404 error. I am unable to delete this particular user account nor can I change the password for the account. I am still learning the technical side of WordPress. Any guidance would be appreciated. I have spent time searching this forum for information but have been unable to find anything relating to my problem.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    I have tried all of the above. I still cannot delete the guest user account nor can I change the user password. Every time I try I get a 404 error.
