    Hi @luxfix !

I see that you mention that you have tried the steps described here: https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce-uninstall-plugin-and-remove-woocommerce-facebook-app/#section-1 but you haven’t been able to remove the app from Facebook.

Could you please give us more details about this? What happens when you click on Remove?

Also, can you please provide more details regarding your interaction with Facebook? Is there anything specific that they have asked or provided information for?

    Thank you!

    Hi Raif,
When I click on remove, it looks like the app has been removed from Facebook, ie it appears in the removed section:
    https://ibb.co/SQbQTD0

but it still appears in commerce manager:
    https://ibb.co/r29FrNn

    Facebook have been pretty unhelpful:
“I understand that you want to resolved this issue as soon as possible. Upon checking your account thoroughly the integration starts from Woo commerce, it mean the deactivation should start from Woo commerce, we suggest to coordinate to them, you may request to coordinate to their escalation team for them to help you out.”
“After a careful review, we regret to inform that it is not possible to delete the 3rd party App from the Facebook side, and there is no option to delete the 3rd party App in the Commerce Manager as well.

We encourage you to contact your 3rd party platform’s customer support to accomplish your request from their end, as they have enough insights on your account.”

Is anyone able to provide any help with this? I’m really stuck with how to get this sorted! Or let me know how I can speak to the ‘escalation team’ that FB mention?

    Thanks Shohan

I am having the exact same issue. I deleted the integration from FB and from woo-commerce, but it’s still showing as connected on FB. Please post any info on how to fix.

@dirtbagtea I’ve had a lot of back and forth with FB and Woo on this… It’s now sorted, but I had to delete the catalogue in the FB business settings (both in users/people and data sources / catalogues. Not ideal as then had to recreate ads with the new product catalogue + products tags BUT at least it means all the out of stock products / broken links are now gone!

Thank you so much for sharing. That worked for me. Fortunately I was still early on in the process of listing products.
