Cannot Remove a Box After Update

I don’t know what happened but as of last week I have a black box on all my pages of my website in WordPress. When I created it, I used Elementor and now I cannot edit with Elementor. I can’t figure out how to remove the box and the text I thought I had deleted already.

Please help me! It is so frustrating that I can’t edit the pages. Should I remove Elementor? Will I lose my data?
