cannot register with mailchimp form for newsletter

    Hi there,

    my site is actually connected to Mailchimp. It says connected.
    I built a form and implemented it with Boxzilla on the right widget side.

    the box opens and i want to register with email but then i get the message “Service unavailable – The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”

    a little bit curious. Now i do not get that “Service unavailable” page – After entering the email and pushing the Send button the window closes but no Doulbe opt in Email is sent

    Hello,

    Please note that the window closes because in the free version of our plugin, the page refreshes and hence the pop-up will be closed automatically.

    Regarding, double opt-in, have you enabled “Double Opt-in” from our plugin form settings?
