Cannot register for Forum access on ACF website

  • When I try to register to access ACF support forum having provided my email and username I’m denied access and I have to fill in a request form with my email, a message and a maths question. When I press continue I’m taken to a WP login but I’ve not been assigned a password???

    When I try and contact the site admin I’m again blocked.

    How weird and totally confusing, why would you run a site like this?
