cannot register

The plugin is installed and activated.
I’m asked to enter Site URL followed by “Note : Only enter site, no URI” this is confusing and could use an example : are you asking for example.org or www. example .org ? I’m guessing that you don’t want https://www.example.org
Whenever I entered https://www.example.org or https://www.example.org or example.org and my email address I get the following error message : “Error Detected : fields are empty“.
