Cannot refund some orders

    Hi,

    We are using stripe on our webshop and some orders we cannot refund. We are getting this error: An error occurred while trying to create the refund within the Payment Gateway API

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Also, are you able to share a screenshot of your entire notes section of your order. Please only share if you are able to blur out any transaction IDs within the image.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
