Cannot redeclare_paccelerate

  • Sorry if this is a duplicate post but we just recently started having this error take down a site.
    Can anyone give me incite on how to resolve this matter? At this point we are just commenting out line 52 but the problem seems to come back.
    Here is the full error code we see when the site is not loading:

    “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare __paccelerate() (previously declared in G:\inetpub\wwwroot\mynationwidecredit.com\wwwroot\wp-includes\nav-menu.php(468) : regexp code(1) : eval()’d code:17) in G:\inetpub\wwwroot\mynationwidecredit.com\wwwroot\wp-includes\nav-menu.php(468) : regexp code(1) : eval()’d code on line 52”

    Any help is greatly appreciated as this site is a high traffic site and cannot afford to continue to be down.
