Cannot redeclare get_language_attributes()

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_language_attributes() (previously declared in /home/lesailesf/www/wp-includes/general-template.php:2624) in /home/lesailesf/www/wp-content/plugins/wp-ban/wp-ban.php on line 249

    For a moment I was frightened ! I can’t access my site or my dashboard ? WTF ? Then, I open my FTP client and just delete the wp-ban file in plugins files (see the line upside) and it’s working again, but the plugin cannot be installed anymore. My dashboard said he can’t activate the Wp-Ban plugin because he declare the Fatal Error like before.

    Wp-ban save me of thousands spams and I prefer this plugin when he doesn’t put down my website…
