Cannot redeclare class OAuthException in …

    When posting somehting on my blog I get the following error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class OAuthException in /home/18a/html/18a.nl/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/OAuth/OAuth.php on line 8

    The post will appear on my blog, but when I try to make changes to the post again the error comes up and the post will not be changed.

    Any idea what is happening?

    I use W3TC with Cloudflare and MaxCDN. Besides those I use the Jetpack Photon plugin.
