Cannot receive notification email after changing WordPress email setting to SMTP

  • Hi,

    We have changed the WordPress Email setting to use SMTP server to send out emails, after that we no longer receive emails from the Notification function.

    Other emails from WordPress can be received normally.

    Any chance the Edit Flow plug-in uses a different email settings from WordPress’s?

    Edit Flow uses the core wp_mail function to send email. Have you checked your spam folder or are you able to provide any logging that would indicate what’s causing this behavior?
