Cannot receive (not being sent) database backup file from email

    Hello,
    My hosting service disabled the mail function but then I installed SMTP mail plugin and it works when i test for password requesting. I installed the plugin and requested to receive database backup file in this plugin. I manually create a db backup file and the plugin said it was successfully created and told me to check email for the db. But it turns out there is no email from your plugin in my mailbox and also in spam box. Please help me to fix it. Thank you.

    Hi, how large is the database backup zip file created? Can you also check the plugins log files. They might reveal more information about this issue.

    Thank you for your reply.
    The backup file is estimated about 100MB for the database. I checked the plugin log but there is nothing written.

    Hi, 100MB for a file to be sent as an attachment via e-mail is too large. Most host don’t allow more than 20MB. You will have to speak to your host and ask them what is the limit for a file size to be sent as an attachment in a e-mail?
