    Email sending seems failed in my case, either confirmation emails by attendees nor admin.

    But so far, I received the first and only email from one booking only. I do not know why.

    We have tested this on our end and found that emails are being sent correctly. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

    1. Ensure emails are enabled under “Events -> Settings” in the “Email” tab.
    2. Verify your mail server is functioning correctly.
    3. Deactivate all other plugins except EventPrime to check for conflicts.

    If the issue persists, please share the debug log file.
