Cannot read property ‘strokeDashoffset’

    Hi There I am am having exactly the same issue on three different siteground hosted accounts. If I try and make any changes to the firewall settings Ii get the following console error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘strokeDashoffset’ of undefined

    I have tried it with every plugin disabled and the 2019 theme activated and still get the same issue. Any ideas?

  • Hi @guyhodgson01,

    We have had another user with the exact same issue. (Internal Ref: tickets/112164)

    They were able to resolve it by creating a ticket on Siteground.

    They mentioned that it’s something with their setting for enforcing SSL. If you can reference that in your ticket, it may point them in the same direction and make changes to your site like they did for our user.

    You just beat me to it!. I managed to resolve it with siteground a few minutes ago in exactly that way.
