@vincentra thanks for your topic! You mentioned you reinstalled Site Kit- was it working before? Did you make any changes to the site between that time?

I just updated to WooCommerce 4, checked the sitekit dashboard and noticed the “Not JSON response” while calling example.net/google-site-kit/v1/#############?_locale=user

Then reinstalled and got the error in the picture.

@vincentra thanks for the info. On the screen where you get the error could you try a hard refresh (Shift + Cmd + R on a Mac)? Let me know if the error persists after that.

@vincentra Thanks for the update. I’ve tested updating a WooCommerce install (4.0) but I’m unable to replicate the same issue. It may be a conflict with another plugin, but can you try once more with the latest version of Site Kit, which was just released yesterday?

Well, not resolved for all of us.

I just updatet a working Version of Site Kit to a new 1.7.1 and I get

Cannot read property ‘splashURL’ of undefined

in the admin stiings

The dashboard seems to catch data but never deliver a result ??

I deactivated an reactivated the plugin.
I updated to the newest Worpdpress.
I deactivated a handfull of plugins.

Still the same problem.

I did a hard reload of the browser window and it worked.

Then I reactivated the handful of plugins and it still worked ??
