Cannot read property 'getJS' of undefined

Hi,
I’m using jw player (current newest version v2.1.6) inside my post using short-codes, and it work until I add “captions”. When I have captions inside it, I JS error “Cannot read property ‘getJS’ of undefined”.My short-code looks like: [jwplayer width=”100%” aspectratio=”16:9″ file=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ljXDVeiu_fM” plugins=”captions-1″ captions.file=”https://localhost/wwwroot/wp_dev/?attachment_id=253″%5D
Error details:
