Hello! Users of the Author or Editor when trying to publish a record began to get out such an error (the Administrator has no errors):

Аlso, before this error , the following flashes:

The “aioseo-headline-analyzer” plugin contains an error and cannot be displayed.

Disabling “headline-analyzer” it in the settings didn’t help.

thank you for your help in advance ??

    Hi @fidukoff,

Can you please temporarily deactivate all the other plugins on your site, clear all cache, and check if you’re still getting that error?

If the problem went away, then you know it was caused by one of the plugins you deactivated. Reactivate each plugin one at a time until the problem occurs again to know which plugin is causing the issue.

    Please refer to?our documentation here.

    Hi @fidukoff ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a couple of days. I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!

Hello! I apologize for the delay in responding. So far, the problem has not changed, after updating the plugin. Unfortunately, I can’t disable plugins on a working site right now :(Can you tell me a plugin that can do this only for a certain user? I think I’ve seen one, but I don’t remember where:(

    Hi @fidukoff,

You can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to temporarily deactivate all the other plugins and switch to a default theme only for your session.

If the problem goes away, click on “Enable while troubleshooting” below each plugin one at a time until the problem occurs again to know which plugin is causing the issue.

We have covered this in the same documentation I shared earlier – https://aioseo.com/docs/how-to-troubleshoot-issues-with-all-in-one-seo-pack/

I tried this plugin, it is not visible in the “Author” or “Editor” mode : ( And the problem with writing is only in these modes. I tried to disable All-in-One SEO – the problem disappears. I don’t know what to do until all users are made administrators ??

    Hi @fidukoff ,

    Thanks for reporting this issue.

We have successfully replicated the error, which seems to occur only for non-admin users with specific plugins. Our Development team is actively working to address and resolve this issue.

You can expect the fix to be included in the upcoming update v4.4.3.

    Thanks for your patience!
