I’ve manually add script of koko analytics on footer, and everythings worked fine before last update.
But after updating to the last version is causing
“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘indexOf’)
    at r (script.js:2:764)
    at script.js:2:963 ”
of script.js from plugins dist/js folder.

    Please help.. Thank you..

Do you have something on your site that minifies the script, like a caching plugin?

Could you try with that turned off, or can you exclude the script /wp-content/plugins/koko-analytics/assets/dist/js/script.js from minification?

I tried to load your site, but it’s stuck on “Sedang Memuat” for me.

What exactly do you mean with having the script manually added?

    ?Thanks for letting me know.

I did’nt install any caching plugins.
This i’ve record and upload to youtube for detailing my problem, you can check here :

I try the site is worked fine here.

the script i manually added like i created custom header & footer fully with code and didn’t use action for wp_head & wp_footer, so i manually added that koko analytics plugins script on my custom header & footer. Before updating to the latest version, there is no error. but after updating to the latest version, the problem is come on the console log.

    sorry for my bad english..

    Hello,

Can you please try updating to version 1.0.37 and then clearing your browser cache to see if that fixes the issue?

    Thank you!

I’ve update to 1.0.37,and try disable my custom header and check if there is new params on window.koko_analytics on header or not.
Then i found there has new params, so i changing of (“tracker_url” to “url”) and (“honor_dnt” to “dnt”). Worked !! Thankyou very much …
