Cannot Reach Developers from their Website

    Hello.

    I have been charged for another year of service and I cannot reach the developers through the website. The refund policy says we can get a refund for up to one week. It is not one week today, and I tried contacting three times.

    Any way we can get it resolved? Do the developers see these posts?

    I’m very sorry but you won’t reach them here. They are not permitted to deal with customers in these forums. No one is allowed that.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
