When I migrated my WordPress website from my local environment to my live environment, I was not able to publish stores anymore.

It only shows the “Submit for review” or “Save Draft” buttons. However, I am the owner of the website so I should have all the rights to publish new stores. When I click one of the buttons after entering the information about my store, it shows the following error:

Sorry, you are not allowed to edit this post.
This website uses cookies to provide you with the best browsing experience.
Find out more or adjust your settings.
    Accept

When I delete my GDPR plugin, it says I do not have the rights to make these changes.

When I migrated from my local environment to my live environment, my Google API keys also stopped working, however a billing account should be connected to the Google API service.

    Any solutions to this?

Can you try to loggout, and login again. Does that make a difference?

If you move the site to a new domain and keep using the same API keys, then you will need update the referrers you set in the Google Developer Console.
