Cannot Process Order: No Shipping Method Has Been Selected

I finally have the plugin setup with my keys. When I try to place a test order I get the following error:
Error: No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

Hi,
I believe there suppose a specific number of distance for the store location and buyer shipping address at the end of that error message. And I believe that error message has straight forward meaning that you has no shipping rates defined for that distance range.
If you still confuse, please put 9999999999999 for the max distance field in your settings. Problem should be solved.
