cannot post on company account

  • i installed and successfully authenticated my linkedin and my wp accounts. At first, i authenticated my company linkedin but when i tried to share a post, it says successfully shared but after a few seconds, the share now button re-appears and the post was not shared. i couldn’t figure out why and i tried the same thing on my personal linkedin account and it works but now its posted on my personal linkedin and not my company linkedin. do you have any idea how to fix this issue? thanks

    Hi @pfang,

    What version of the plugin are you using?

    Have you been using the plugin for a long time and it used to work? Or are you setting this up for the first time? If you have been using the plugin for some time, can you please delete all settings by going to the “Help” tab, and going to the question “How do I clear all plugin settings?” and then click the “here” link and wait 5 seconds. Then go to the “Sharing Options” tab and save the settings. Then go to the “Connect” tab and try re-authenticating again.

    Does your post have an image? Can you try doing a share without an image?
