    I tried many different ways, with just pictures and with tags and hash tags, I double checked everything I can think of!
    I am using the version 1.48 of Auto-post-to-instagram
    WP 5.02 from a Chrome browser, I tried to 2 different Instagram accounts and will now try a different plugin
    Both accounts gave this error “Upload info : Something went wrong while logging to instagram: checkpoint_required” and I got a check if it was me logging in from Western Australia, which I confirmed (I’m actually in East Australia, Queensland!)

    What is the process for getting this to work?

    Hello Kiwiindo

    The error that you have (checkpoint_required) is related to Instagram security process, you faced an issue when login to instagram from two different IP adresses.

    I don’t think that is correct, I am sending from my laptop which is logged in so there is no new ip address.

    Forget it I deleted the application! Same as the other users!

    I can send through airdroid no problem, so thats my solution

    I didn’t delete the application because for me it’s working (after adding the feature of downsizing images). It was the only working (free) app for automated instagram postings. I’m glad to have it. ??
