  • Hello,

I set product manage stock : 0, but available on backorder and notify custommer.

With this settings, the message “Available on backorder” displays on the single product page, not checkout by default. For more information, please check out this page: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#section-25

It looks like this is a separate issue, not related to the stock settings. If a blank error message is showing on the checkout page, it’s usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
