Cannot Pass Step 1 in Setup – Have GoDaddy Cpanel Hosting – Even Paid for Pro

    I have Godaddy Cpanel Hosting
    I’ve paid for the premium thinking it would help.
    but clicking ‘NEXT’ on the setup page just refreshes Step 1.

    Help?
