Cannot open support ticket

I am a premium user and, as such, I am trying to open a support ticket on your site rather than post it here. Moreover, I tried to send a message through your website contact form and I get this message: There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

Please let me know how to get in touch with you because Treepress Gallery isn’t working at all.
