Cannot open installed plugin menu

  • Somebody please help me..

    Sometimes (mostly) I can not open the plugin menu on dasboard (https://www.klinik-pajak.com/wp-admin/plugins.php). Every time I want to see installed plugin I always go to page Not Found, Error 404. Although I can reach menu installed plugin, I allways got the same results if I want to active/deactive a plugin.
