cannot name dynamicly

Great plugin! Do have a problem though.

I’m using dynamic name fields and this doesn’t work. No error is shown, but no submissions are recorded either.

A dynamic name field is made with javascript and looks something like this:

name="NAME" + dynamic number

Javascript created inputs do work, so it must be the dynamic part.
