    Hello,
    since last update (Version 6.1.8) I cannot modify the?Support Staff in the Ticket Details.
    Is it normal?

    Same with ticket creation. Cannot find any user.

    They are working on a hotfix – got response from them directly.

    Have they given any work arounds or timelines for the hot fix? This has us dead in the water.

    We could replicate the user assignment issue and we are working on a fix to release soon. Regarding the agent assignment issue, could you share with us the steps to replicate, screenshots or videos showing the issue so I can escalate it to the dev team?

    Still no hotfix almost a week later when it can be fixed with a basic rollback?
