Cannot modify Structure Theme Settings – Home Page Settings

  • Hello all,

    Not sure what is happening. I am unable all of a sudden to access anything underneath the Structure Theme Settings page. I cannot open any of the folds under that page, when I drag the cursor over any of the options the cursor changes to a “cross” format (like when you can click and drag an object on the screen). I am logged on as an administrator, as far as I can tell I have access to everything else but this. I specifically wanted to change the home page settings which has’nt been done in quite a while. Can anyone suggest a possible cause and a cure?

  • As you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s vendors.

    Hello Esmi,

    I inherited the maintenance of this site from someone else. As far as I know this is not a theme that was purchased. The site you linked request a transaction ID to sign up which I never had nor exist as far as I know. Any suggestions?

    The site is using a commercial theme. We do not support commercial themes as the site owner paid for support when they bought the theme. It is not our place to keep theme vendors in business or deprive them of any income that they may derive from support services.
