    The above warnings appear when I try to access my site dashboard.

    looks like a problem with plugin auto-terms-of-service.
    do you have access to your webhosting account area to get to the files?
    who is your webhosting vendor?

    No dashboard access required– use your webhosting account cPanel area: if you can find the WP-Content folder and the Plugins folder and the Auto Terms of Service plugin folder, you can deactivate the Auto Terms of Service plugin by temporarily renaming the folder.

    This should allow access to your WordPress dashboard for further troubleshooting.
