Cannot modify header information error at wp-login.php page

I moved our wordpress site over to a new server, and now all of a sudden I am getting the following two errors when trying to login to the admin panel…

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home6/thereces/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/recessends/functions.php:6) in /home6/thereces/public_html/blog/wp-login.php on line 290

And these errors once attempting to login…

I’ve already checked my wp-config, wp-login, and other files for any blank spaces. Also I have renamed the plugin directory. Nothing seems to fix this problem? I even overwrote all the existing wordpress core files. I can’t figure it out.
