Cannot modify header information

  • Before you send me to the already posted answer to this problem, read this.

    i have already tried doind the “put the cursor between ?> and press the delete key for 15 seconds” but nothing happens, it does NOT solve the problem, y have tried this using notepad, wordpad and an html editor but neither try solved it.

    also, i already downloaded the zip file from the downloads section and replaced the wp-login.php file, but nothing changed. it still gives me the same error.

    the complete error sentence….

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/.lexy/vrolfak/vrolfak.com/weblog/wp-content/plugins/wp-flv.php:251) in /home/.lexy/vrolfak/vrolfak.com/weblog/wp-login.php on line 9

    the line 251 of this file only has “</div>” and nothing else. so I don′t see how this is an error.

    thanks for the help… i really don′t know what else to do, i read several threads of the same problem but they all have the same solution, wich didn′t work…

    PROBLEM ALREADY SOLVED: THE SPACES WERE IN THE PROBLEM FILE. NOT IN THE LOGIN.PHP FILE.

  • This is the same problem as it happens often (I can tell). You put some spaces in one of the configuration files outside of the closing ?>

    Have a look at all the files you edited since the problem has shown up.
