Cannot Modify Header Info

Hi Everyone,
Looks like this topic has been discussed quite a bit with a bit of variation in each thread. Here’s my current error message:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/jaylee7/public_html/topearnerreview.com/wp-login.php:3) in /home/jaylee7/public_html/topearnerreview.com/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 771

I’ve already tried some of the other tips like looking for white space in the wp-config.php file, and I don’t have any unusual white space.

I had other issues on lines 595-597, but I just but a /* & */ before and after those set of lines and that SEEMED to work.

And before I made that change, the first error I got on my login screen was:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/jaylee7/public_html/topearnerreview.com/wp-login.php:3) in /home/jaylee7/public_html/topearnerreview.com/wp-login.php on line 259

So I modified it by putting the /* & */ again around these lines:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/jaylee7/public_html/topearnerreview.com/wp-login.php:3) in /home/jaylee7/public_html/topearnerreview.com/wp-login.php on line 259

I’m not a coder so please forgive me if putting these messages backwards is confusing. I appreciate any help you can give me. I’m about to pull my hair out! Everything was working fine. I was in the middle of another post & when I went to upload a pic, it said I was signed out, then I couldn’t get back in=(
