Cannot migrate from old site

  • Hello:

    My design team and I created a website for an app we’re developing. It was called:
    thebemeapp.ca

    However, we soon learned the name had to change so we renamed the app ReadyBe and bought the domain: readybe.net

    We are trying desperately to migrate the content from beme to readybe but WordPress isn’t letting us do this. Can anyone help?

  • Hello, @readybe May I ask if are you self-hosted or hosting in WordPress.com?

    Also, how could you say WordPress isn’t letting you do the migration? What type of error are you experiencing to be specific? Let us know.

    We can’t get into the admin of the beme site. We can get into the admin of readybe but not be me. We want to migrate the content and design from the old site.
