Cannot Map fields

    Hi, the plugin was mapping my fields nicely until today?

    I have deleted old pdfs and started fresh.

    I removed file in uploads folder and only have 1 pdf now.

    Then I remapped and still no data coming into form.

    Any thoughts?

    Very strange. Did it happen without you doing anything? Did you update anything? Did you install any new plugins? Are you using the field mapper tool or the tag generator tool? I am guessing you are getting the PDF but it has no data. I can take a look at your setup if you send me admin access to your wp-admin to admin at maximum dot software.

    Hi Alex,

    Thank you or the quick response.

    It may have to do with email client or something. I can view the filled out form from my web version of outlook but not from my phone connected to the same email.

    I will continue to find a solution.

    Do you have any thoughts on why it would be doing this?

    It is possible your phone PDF viewer doesn’t support PDF forms. Try installing a more powerful PDF viewer app.
