There should be a debug.log file inside the wp-content folder of your site. Could you check for it or share it with us here? We will review it and provide updated suggestions.

Based on the video you provided, it appears that the demo was not fully imported. If you are installing it on a new site or if there is no important data on your site, you can reset WordPress back to its default state and reinstall the demo.
