Cannot login with this plugin activated, redirects to ~/login

Hi there,

With this plugin activated, the login page redirects from /wp-admin to /login, where my admin credentials appear to do nothing – no error on submit, the page just reloads

Is there a known conflict with Wordfence Security? Or some other issue?
