Cannot login to WordPress after latest update

  • Hello! My website updated to the latest WordPress 4.7.2 and now I cannot get into the website. I can type in my login info on the admin screen and then I get this error message about the server unexpectedly dropping the connection. I contacted hosting support and they said it is nothing to do with my server, they did a trace route and everything is in working order on their end. I need some help please!

    – If the issue still persists, then please check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.
    – If you cannot find error logs or if you don’t find any helpful info in the error logs, try Enabling debugging and post the results.

    you can reinstall the wordpress using the zip file (link). but make sure you have backuped your data safely ??
