Cannot login to time.ly with existing account

With a fresh install of v3, cannot login to time.ly with an existing account – nor can the password be recovered for that account – response is “Email address not registered. Please sign up for a new account”.
However, that same email address is currently being displayed as logged-in on the AI1EC Settings page of a different working v3 installation at the link below.So why is this email address no longer registered?
Signing in with a different, newly-registered email address results in the loss of all events associated with the old address.
Bottom line, an existing calendar cannot be re-instantiated on a newly-installed system.
