Cannot login to themes.trac.www.remarpro.com

Can you try changing your password to something that only uses alphanumerics?

I did, my password is numeric.

Try all letters.

Maybe it’s a browser issue. Have you tried another browser? Another machine?

I’ve tested on the following platforms and browsers:

Windows : IE 8, Firefox & Chrome Latest
Ubuntu Linux : Chrome & Firefox Latest
Mac OS X : Safari & Chrome Latest

None of them is working, for themes.trac.www.remarpro.com

When I use the same username/password to log into core.trac.www.remarpro.com, it is working on all those browsers.

Are these on different machines/networks?

Yes, different machines, different networks.

I’ll see if I can get some other eyes on this.

I don’t know what you’re doing wrong, but there is nothing wrong on our end. The logins are the same. They are looked up in real time, and the system is working.

If you can log into one trac, you can log into all the tracs.

@otto, sounds it’s all my fault and you’re giving up on this.

I’ve registered a new account, which doesn’t work either. Maybe you can try to login to themes.trac.www.remarpro.com with it on your machine?

I can login to themes.trac without the slightest problem. So can dozens (hundred?) of other people. So the issue appears to be at your end but we’ve reached the limit of what we can suggest.
