Cannot login to support site

    I emailed months back regarding this issue.
    I bought the pro version of the plugin, but have never been able to login and download the updated key as my email address ends with .wales. your website login dont recognise .wales as a valid email account and keeps showing a error asking me to input a valid email account.

    Can you help please?
