Cannot Login To Premium Account

Hi Guys,
I’m posting this here as we cannot post on paid forum.
We cannot login to our account as we no longer have the device that holds our 2FA.
We’ve tried opening a ticket regarding this but had no response.

Can you please advise on steps of how we can resolve this as we really need access to our account as soon as possible?
