Cannot login to backend / wp-admin after installing 6SCAN

Hello,
I Cannot login to backend / wp-admin after installing 6SCAN (paid version).
I get an 403 error FORBIDDEN and this is caused by the modifications in the
main
.htaccess file. Pleaase help
