Cannot login on Welcome to WP Time Capsule page

    I enter the WP administrators username along with the password and receive a login failure message.

    Am required to enter the WP Administrator password here?

    The forgot password link goes back to the Hello There! page.

    What do I need to do to create my Time Capsule account?

    Thank you for reaching out to us here. Please go to the following link https://service.wptimecapsule.com and create an account.
    Then log in using your newly created account details on the WPTC plugin installed on your WordPress site.

    I have already downloaded and installed WPTC plugin (many times).

    * Welcome to WP Time Capsule page is displayed
    * Attempt to logon in using my WP administrators username/password – which is correct
    * The response is ‘Username or password is incorrect’
    * Click the Forgot link
    * I am returned to the Hello That! page
    * Re-enter my site’s wp-admin URL
    * I am returned to the Add Plugins page in order to install WPTC
    * An endless loop – unable to proceed.

    Hi Richard,

    First login to your wp. When you are logged in, go to the plugin part of wptc, or install the wptc plugin. It asks to login there. Use there the login credentials that you created for wptc, not your wp.

    Please let me know if it is clear to you and working.
