cannot login into dashboard

  • I am the admin (root admin) of this website.

    I cannot login to my dashboard, if I used https://rltsc.edu.in/wp-admin or login.php

    But I can login into my dashboard if I use https://rltsc.edu.in/wp-admin/upload.php or edit.php, etc.

    I get following message, when I inserted

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

    into wp-config.php file.

    Actually I just checked, I am having the same error messages on my every website. Some of them are quite new that they are just installed with fresh updated copy of WP.

    Actually, vsacad, it works here. So:

    1. Please either try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser;
    2. If that doesn’t work, perhaps your server firewall is blocking you. To solve that, you’ll either need to contact your hosting provider or use another device, such as a mobile phone not on your wireless network to unblock it.
