Cannot login or log out

    I recently installed this plugin on one of my websites and it was working great a few days ago. However, today I cannot reach the new login page (www.example.com/mpa-login) and I get the following message:

    This page isn’t working
    https://www.example.com redirected you too many times.
    Try clearing your cookies.
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    In order to troubleshoot this issue I’ve also installed this on a second website today and while I was able to log in using the new URL I cannot log out of this website. When I click “log out” from WordPress admin bar, I get redirected to the following URL which is a blank page:

    https://www.example.com/mpa-login/?action=logout&_wpnonce=b144541e46

    If I go directly to https://www.example.com, I see that I am still logged in. Any suggestions?
