Cannot login after WordPress 5.3 update

Neither myself or my client are able to login to this website after update to 5.3.
from wp-login.php, I am taken to a screen which encourages me to login via WordPress.com. That is not going to happen since the site is a www.remarpro.com setup.

It gives the option to proceed to the login with Username/email address and password. However the password area will not allow typing into it.

Since I cannot login I cannot test conflicts with theme or plugins.
Any help will be appreciated. I have many other websites that I have not yet updated after this issue.
