Cannot login

    Hello.

    I am using plugin version 4.1.2. I cannot login admin page. The page redirect to wp-login.php?wpsf-forcelogout=4

    I tried to create “forceOff” or “reset” file in wp-simple-firewall folder on server but I am still cannot login admin page.

    How can I reset the setting of plugin by other methods?

    This issue appear after I checked “Enable (or Disable) The User Management Feature” option with three options:
    1. set “Specify How Many Hours After Inactivity To Automatically Logout User” from 0 to 10
    2. checked “Locks A User Session To IP address” option
    3. set “Limit Simultaneous Sessions For The Same Username” from 0 to 6

    Can you please ensure you’re updated to the latest available version of the Shield plugin?

    I am using WP3.3.2, I am afraid latest version is not compatible my wordpress version. What do you think?

    Hmm… you should really look to try and move your site as far up the WordPress versions as you can. Setup staging sites and upgrade. You should at least be on v3.3.3 to cover your security patches. Our plugin goes back WP versions further than any other security plugin, but there’s only so far we can go. You ought to look to upgrading sooner than later.
